We’re bringing together four good friends – Chris Cosentino, Chris Diminno, and Sam Mason (Oddfellows, NYC) to see where meat and ice cream, well, meet. Chris Cosentino is known for his love of offal, but there’s a lot more going on at his new Portland spot Jackrabbit, where hometown favorite Diminno is Chef de Cuisine. Where Cosentino’s S&M seafood towers and bread served in Campbell’s soup cans, meets Mason’s hypermodern desserts, and hyper-delicious ice cream remains to be seen by the lucky diners at this guaranteed, over-the-top dinner.
