We all love a good wine and chocolate pairing, but in Portland there’s a crazy abundance of beautiful ingredients available, so why stop at the classics? From craft beer to the cheese made next door, there’s no flavor that’s off-limits. Come learn Sarah’s pairing philosophy, and leave with the techniques to make fresh truffles and bonbons at home out of anything that strikes your fancy.
