Roots run deep with Michael Anthony (Gramercy Tavern, NYC), a leader of fiercely seasonal menus, and Blue Smoke’s (NYC) Jean-Paul Burgeois, a soulful barbecue master. Together with Portland’s queen of Italian, Cathy Whims (Nostrana, PDX), James Beard Award winner and master of the bird Gabe Rucker (Le Pigeon, PDX), and rising pastry star Geovanna Salas (Castagna, PDX), this evening should square nicely with your life goals. To be sure of that, we’re also bringing in Washington State Wine to supply some stellar wines from across the river.
